He said restoring electricity, water, and communication lines was the first priority. Transportation routes blocked by debris also needed urgent clearing to make sure rescue vehicles and supply trucks could move freely. Lee demanded a round-the-clock response, saying every hour lost added to the burden on workers, families, and local businesses.

The president also called on the Ministry of Labor and local governments to prepare relief measures for workers who lost their jobs temporarily because of the fire. He suggested wage support, emergency financial aid, and the creation of short-term jobs in restoration projects.

For small businesses that depend on the affected facility, Lee asked financial authorities to explore tax relief and low-interest loans to prevent bankruptcies. He stressed that recovery is not just about repairing buildings and machines it is about restoring dignity and security for the people who make the economy run.

Alongside immediate restoration, Lee underlined the need for safety reforms. He ordered a full investigation into the cause of the fire and demanded that lessons be applied nationwide. All similar facilities, he said, should undergo urgent safety audits to check their fire prevention systems, emergency exits, and staff training procedures.

Lee reminded officials that restoring systems quickly should not mean cutting corners. He said the tragedy must become a turning point in how the country approaches workplace safety, disaster prevention, and accountability.
