Bollywoodstar Hrithik Roshan has publicly endorsed the upcoming film Ikkis, hailing its trailer and praising the lead actor Agastya Nanda for a powerful performance. After watching the trailer, Roshan took to Instagram writing, “I just loved the trailer of Ikkis. Agastya man, you got me cheering for you. Loved your intensity and vulnerability. You have it”.
His message didn’t stop there he also applauded the film’s director Sriram Raghavan and wished good luck to co-star Simar Bhatia and the entire cast and crew. Roshan added that he’s “waiting to watch it”, raising expectations around the project even more.
What “Ikkis” is and why it matters
Ikkis is a biographical war drama based on the life of Arun Khetarpal, the youngest ever recipient of India’s highest gallantry award, the Param Vir Chakra. Notably, the film stars Agastya Nanda in the lead, and moreover, it features veteran actor Dharmendra in a key role, ultimately marking his final appearance on the big screen.
