Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar dismissed speculation of a rift within the state’s Congress leadership and firmly stated that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is like a brother to him. His remarks aim to put an end to ongoing political chatter about internal differences.

DK Shivakumar Clears the Air

Speaking to the media, Shivakumar said there is no conflict between him and the Chief Minister. He stressed that both leaders work together with a shared goal of ensuring stable governance in Karnataka.

Moreover, he described Siddaramaiah as a senior leader and reaffirmed his respect for him, calling him a “brother.”

However, Shivakumar categorically rejected these claims and said such rumours are baseless.

According to Shivakumar, the Congress government in Karnataka remains united and focused on delivering its promises. He emphasized that internal coordination between party leaders remains strong.
