According to a new report, the sequel tentatively called 3 Idiots 2 will reunite the original lead cast: Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, R. Madhavan and Sharman Joshi.
The original film (released 2009) directed by Rajkumar Hirani left a major impact plenty of people still consider it a cult classic. The story for the sequel supposedly picks up nearly 15 years after the events of the first film showing where the characters stand after years, reuniting them for a “new adventure.”
There’s no official announcement yet the reports are based on media outlets citing “insiders.”
