Ukrainian delegation travelled to Florida on 30 November 2025 to meet high-level U.S. officials in an attempt to revive negotiations aimed at ending the war with Russia. The talks involved Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff a key representative under the administration of Donald Trump alongside other Ukrainian leaders including their foreign minister and security-council head.
The meeting comes after Ukraine submitted a revised counter-proposal to Washington’s earlier 28-point plan, which drew widespread criticism for reportedly favouring Russian interests.
