Bollywood actor Swara Bhasker has revealed a personal family crisis after her father-in-law — the father of her husband Fahad Ahmad — suffered a brain haemorrhage and underwent emergency surgery early this morning.
In an emotional social-media post, Swara wrote that the haemorrhage occurred late last night, prompting surgery by early morning, and requested well-wishers to keep her father-in-law in their prayers. She added that she and Fahad will step back from professional commitments for a few days to attend to the family emergency.
Swara’s candid message has triggered an outpouring of support from fans and colleagues wishing the family strength and recovery.
